[Open Communication] 2011년 이틀 남다.

------------ Situation #01 ----------------------
* Employee
    : We have a problem boss....
* Manager  
   : what is it? what's the matter?
* Employee
   : hmm..well..that's the problem.
     I don't know exactly what the problem is,
     but I know there is something wrong...

This problem is well concealed.

This time, our company is encountering such a concealed problem.

None of us has tried to figure out what is the real problem the company has been facing, and, unfortunately, there seems to be no clear solution at this point. 

The least we can do is I believe ...
We should have 'open communications' companywide to have deeper understanding of the problem.
 
This is the only way to deal with the problem (that we are not even clear about what is the problem)

We should all sit down together and openly communicate to one another with more open mind and views so that we can figure out the problem and provide the most appropriate solution.

------------ Situation #01 -----------------------------------------------

A : 문제가 생겼습니다, 보스.

B : 뭐?뭐가 문젠데?

A : 그게요....바로 그게 문제입니다.
     정확히 뭐가 문제인지 저도 잘 모르겠습니다만, 뭔가가 잘못된 것 같습니다.

이 '문제의 상황'에는 많은 것들이 숨겨져 있다.

지금, 우리의 조직도 이와 같은 '문제'에 직면에 있다.

우리가 당면하고 있는 '진짜 문제'가 정말로 무엇인지 우리 중 누구도 진심으로 파헤쳐 보려 하지 않았으며, 불행하게도 현재 상태로는 이 문제에 대한 명확한 해결의 실마리가 보이지 않는다. 

그 문제의 좀 더 깊은 곳을 알아보기 위해, "열린 대화"가 반드시 필요할 것으로 보인다.

내 생각이지만, '그러한 문제'해결을 위해 지금 우리가 할 수 있는 최소한의 방법은...
명확하게 무엇이 '문제'인지에 대해 이해를 도와 줄 'Open Communication'이 필요하다는 것이다.

가슴을 열고, 색안경을 벗고 모두가 다함께 둘러 앉아 

서로의 입장을 이해하는 허심탄회한 열린 소통이 필요하며, 

이를 통해 우리에게 당면한 진짜 문제가 무엇인지를 알아 내고,

나아가 우리에게 가장 적절한 해결책이 무엇일지를 함께 찾아 낼 수 있을 것이다.

'한국어로 생각하고, 영어로 표현하고, 한국어로 다시 다듬기' 훈련.

한 가지 생각을 하면서 3가지의 능력을 키워보고, 한 가지의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 진짜로 노력해 보기..."
